We are contracted to most major medical aids including: Discovery Health, Bestmed, Bankmed, Fedhealth, Bonitas, Momentum Health, and Medihelp. We are not on the Discovery Keycare or Smart Plan Networks. We are not on the Momentum Ingwe network.
A medical aid membership card and proof of identity is required for direct medical aid billing. Prior to the consultation medical aid benefits will be confirmed with your service provider. If there are no benefits available, the patient will be informed and will be required to pay cash at the practice consultation rate.
Cash Consultation rate for 2022 is R640.
Cash consultations include a blood pressure measurement, glucose reading and a pap smear. Additional services added during the consultation will be billed in addition to the consultation. These include ECG's, cholesterol testing in the rooms, injections, nebulization, ear syringing, treatment for warts, etc.
Covid 19 Protocol:
Patients are screened telephonically. Should you have symptoms of Covid 19, you will be told to wait in your car. All patients with covid symptoms are examined in a designated area outside the medical centre.
Rapid Covid 19 Antigen tests ( R150) are done on site and results are available in 15 minutes.
Covid 19 PCR swabs (R500) are done and sent to the local labs
